This project requires the installation of two 1250-ton absorption water chillers and two cooling towers in spaces provided by a previous project. All pumps and piping will be installed and tied to existing headers to provide a complete, usable facility. The duration of the contract will be 360 days. The estimated construction cost range is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The plans and specifications have been placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Specifications will not be provided in a printed paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through either 3.5" diskette, CD ROM, and/or the Internet. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of CD ROM and the Internet. However, the Government reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to check the following address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation.
