The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Hyland Software, 18500 Lake Road, Rocky River, OH for the acqusition of the following proprietary products: ON-BASE Server (3 clients), 1 lot; ON-BASE Cold (1 client), 1 each; ON-BASE Document Imaging, 1 each; ON-BASE Document Import Processor, 2 each; ON-BASE Named Clients (10 licenses) 1 lot; ON-BASE Named Clients (10 licenses) 1 lot; ON-BASE Internet Server (5 concurrent clients) 1 lot; ON-BASE Installer/Trainer (8 days) 1 lot; 1 year maintenance. This software will be delivered to the National Climatic Data Center, Asheville, NC. The period of performance for the maintenance shall begin upon acceptance of the software by the Government. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 41 USC 253(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. Companies who can provide the above listed software and maintenance must indicate their interest within 10 days of this announcement. Any party interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation shall provide written notice to the Contracting Office. The solicitation document is to be issued on or about August 11, 1997.
