For providing technical support at NOAA's Table Mountain Gravity Observatory (TMGO). This technical support includes calibrating, validat repairing and upgrading the absolute and cryogenic gravimeters. They will provide technical advice for upgrading the data acquisition and status systems of the cryogenic meter. Over the year period of this contract, Micro-g will train TMGO staff in all aspects of operating and maintaining the gravimeter systems. Micro-g will further assist the group in establishing data post processing and archiving protocols for both gravimtere systems. They will be responsible for installing and maintaining the appropriate data processing software. They will train TMGO staff in the use of these programs and in the interpretation of the data. At the end of one (1) year, it is expected that TMGO will no longer require this support from Micro-g. Micro-g is the only organization in the US with the expertise required to operate and maintain BOTH the absolute and cryogenic system at TMGO. Any other offerors that have the ability to provide this type of service are invited to submit information as to their capabilities and any other pertinent data to the address above, to be received no later than 15 days after the date of this notice.
