The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue fixed price or cost reimbursable type orders under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-94-G-0024 with AIL Systems Inc., to procure hardware, software and repair support for the AN/ALQ-99 Universal Exciter Upgrade (UEU) Engineering Development Models (EDMs) used for Navy laboratory and field testing. AIL Systems Inc., is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the AN/ALQ-99 UEU and the only source with the technical expertise and data necessary to provide UEU EDM support in time to meet program schedule requirements.
