The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Detachment Washington, intends to procure through a competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside, the operation of a Fitness/Wellness Center at the Office of Naval Intelligence, Suitland, MD. This support includes: (1) processing approximately 1,250 military/civilian fitness programmed participants through a predetermined application process; (2) planning, organizing, coordinating Wellness/Intervention programs and activities; (3) evaluating program activities and submitting regular reports. The contractor will be required to provide the following minimum staffing: (1) Fitness-Director/Coordinator from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Mon-Fri.; (1) Aerobics Instructor -- 5 days a week for 1 hour each day as follows: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3:15-4:15, Tuesday and Thursday from 11:15-12:15. The contract will be a fixed price effort. The period of performance includes a base year, plus four one-year options. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
