CONTI, (787) 273-3400 x5014 (Site Code DAKF11) The Defense Commisary Agency requires scheduled and on-call maintenance services for material handling and battery charging equipment in use at Buildings 604, 615, and 616 of Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. Equipment consists of forklifts and pallet jacks which are either manual or electric mostly manufactured by Yale as well as battery chargers manufactured by Yale, Hobart, or Exide. Equipment is completely listed in the Solicitation document with model and serial numbers included. Contractor will provide scheduled quarterly preventive maintenance service and on-call priority repair service in accordance with the scope of services included in the solicitation. A request for written quotation will be issued for this action which is not anticipated to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The anticipated award date is 15 Sep 97. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
