NASA/DFRC is hereby soliciting information for potential sources for analytical support to Dryden program and project managers and to senior management. This includes project level support (developing, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting on schedules and resources plans), program management support (scope definition, milestone, resource, and metric planning, maintenance, analysis, and reporting), and senior management support (strategic and integrated project planning, maintenance, analysis, and reporting). No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. Vendors having the capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements are invited to submit appropriate documentation, literature, brochures, and references. Please advise if the requirement is considered to be a commercial or commercial-type product. A commercial item is defined in "Note A". This synopsis is for information and planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. Respondents deemed fully qualified will be considered in any resultant solicitation for the requirement. Firms responding should indicate whether they are a socially or economically disadvantaged business firm, an 8(a) firm, a small business, and/or woman-owned business. The Government reserves the right to consider a small business or 8(a) set-aside based on responses hereto.
