The site sizes vary between 91,000 and 125,000 square feet. The work shall include but not be limited to: grubbing, site demolition, site work, geotech testing, PCC and asphaltic concrete, green landscaping, irrigation system, landscape maintenance, cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, steel joists, metal decking, metal framing and fabrications, gypsum board sheathing, millwork, clear waterproofing, insulation, fire safing, single ply membrane roofing, skylights, roof hatch, caulking, sealants, HM doors, traffic doors, storefront system, finish HW, glazing, GWB, ceramic and porcelain tile, toilet compartments, flagpole, fire notification system, and electrical systems. The estimated construction cost range is $1,200,000 to $1,300,000 -- for each individual facility.
