The work includes, but is not limited to, adding a covered walk, adding of a storefront glazing system, adding a chain link fence and gate system, reconfiguration of several parking lot entrances, up-grading of all site lighting and providing, installing, testing and checking out new card access, intercom and closed circuit television systems. Estimated construction cost for the General Mail Facility is $1,000,000 to $1,750,000. Estimated construction cost for the Bulk Mail Center is $750,000 to $1,500,000. Construction completion time is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed for each facility.
