This procurement is for a contractor to design and build a system m capable of controlling condensation which forms on the ceiling and walls of a hatchery building without heating the building. Insulation and/or additional ventilation may be used. The building was constructed without the use of insulation. A large fan at the south end of the building and louvers at the north end were installed to provide ventilation. There is no heat provided in the building other than that created by the 48 degree water that flows through the raceways. Fish will be in the raceways during construction. The project is located at the Saratoga National Wildlife Refuge, Saratoga, Wyoming. The Government Estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000.
