Manning, Contracting Officer, 334-260-4103, Additional Contact Judy Bledsoe, 334-260-4104 Furnish all labor, material, equipment and supplies necessary to install a new Johnson Controls Metasys Fire Alarm System, in Buildings 1, 4, 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 40 and T-25 at the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System, West Campus, 215 Perry Hill Road, Montgomery, Alabama 36109. Work will include demolition and removal of the existing fire alarm system, including devices, wiring and conduit. New work will include installation of all wiring, control circuits, government furnished devices and equipment and connection and intergration of the new system to the existing Metasys HVAC Control System and testing. Work shall be complete and in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations and in strict accordance with the plans and specifications. Upon completion system shall be completely functional and operational and fulfill the intent of the project. SIC Code is 1731. Price range between $100,00 and $250,000. Construction completion time is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after receiptof notice to proceed. Sixty (60) calendar days acceptance time will be required. Request documents in writing.
