59 -- ENGINEERING CHANGE KITS, ENGINEERING SERVICES AND SUPPORT FOR R THE AN/ALQ-141 COUNTERMEASURES SET AND THE AN/AQS-14 SONAR DETECTING SET SOL N00024-97-R-6386 POC Contact Point, Mr. Rick Gunderson, (703)-602-0951, Contracting Officer, Mr. Steve Caracciolo, (703) 602-0951 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on n multiple occasion over the period of the basic Ordering Agreement N00024-97-G-6386 with Northrop Grumman Corporation, Electronic Sensors and Systems Division, P.O. Box 1488, Annapolis MD 21404. Orders will be issued for Engineering Change Kits, Inspection, Overhaul, Repair, Modification, Installation and Checkout Materials, Repair Parts, Engineering Services and Support for the AN/AQS-14 Sonar Detecting Set and the AN/ALQ-141 Countermeasures Set. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Northrop Grumman is the only known company which currently possesses the in-depth technical knowledge of the equipment required to satisfactorily perform the work under the orders contemplated herein. No other sources has the technical qualifications and necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
