J -- The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), intends to acquire maintenance and repair service on existing "Amnesty Bins" (waste receptacles) at locations in San Ysidro, Calexico, Oakland, Los Angeles, San Francisco (2), San Jose, and Long Beach in the State of California. The solicitation will also include the possibility of providing new amnesty bins upon request. Firm fixed price contract. F.O.B. destination. Contract period is from October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998. The solicitation is to be released on or about August 25, 1997.
