The St. Louis Bi-State Development Agency is soliciting bids for construction of two (2) timber hy-rail equipment set-ons. The work sites are located at Bi-State Development Agency's MetroLink Light Rail System's right-of-way at Mile Post 1.2 near Air Cargo Road (North County, St. Louis City, Missouri) and Mile Post 14.2, adjacent to an existing pedestrian walkway, near Tucker Boulevard and Cerre Stree, (St. Louis City, Missouri). The work comprises the furnishing of all plant, equipment, tools, supplies labor and materials, except materials specified elsewhere in the Specifications as being furnished by Bi-State Development Agency, for the construction of two (2) timber hy-rail equipment set-ons located at the locations referenced in Paragraph 1 above. The work shall include but not be limited to site preparation, approaches, crossings, surfaces, asphalt paving, pipe bollards with and without chains, fencing with gates, concrete slabs, curb cuts, landscaping, clean-up, repair of drop inlet at Mile Post 1.2 and other related work.
