This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; oral proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ( ii )This solicitation, F4460097Q0692, is issued as a Request for Quotation ( RFQ ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. The SIC code is 8999 with a size standard of $5 million. ( iii )Description: Provide labor and tools to remove 74 modular furniture units, install 1200 square yards of Government-furnished carpet and cushion, and replace furniture after carpet is installed. Contractor will provide all vinyl covebase. Old carpet and cushion will be disposed of by the contractor. Work must accomplished during non-duty hours and will commence on 31 Aug 97 in the 1st Comptroller Squadron section of building 45 at Langley AFB.
