R -- MODIFICATION OF CONTRACT WITH HEALTH MANAGEMENT RESOURCES, INC. SOL 240-97-0006 POC Suzanne Stinson 301-443-5130 The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) proposes to negotiate a contract modification on a sole source basis with Health Management Resources, Inc. (HMR), an 8(a) firm located at 8401 Corporate Drive, Suite 400, Landover, Maryland 20785. The purpose of the modification of the contract will be to provide additional logisitical assistance and additional honoraria for consultants to travel to grantee sites to provide technical assistance. A justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared by the Government. A Request for Contract Modification Proposal will be issued on or about August 25, 1997, with a closing date for receipt of the budget proposal and award of the modification approximately 30 days later. Interested parties may, in writing, identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
