This facility intends to solicit for lodging and shuttle service for eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs served by the VA Medical Center, Ann Arbor, MI., from 10/01/97 through 09/30/98, subject to the availability of FY-98 funds, with possible option years. It is estimated that approximately five (5) rooms will be needed Sunday nights and approximately twenty (20) rooms per night, Monday through Thursday. Shuttle service to be provided from 6:00 a.m., to 6:00 p.m., every two (2) hours and Fridays from 6:00 a.m., to 10:00 a.m. No shuttle service is required on Saturdays, Sundays and Federal Government Holidays. Offsite contractor's facility will be within ten (10) miles drive of the VA Medical Center, 2215 Fuller Rd., Ann Arbor, MI., 48105. This will be a firm fixed-price contract.
