White 301-227-1077 The Carderock Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to increase the scope of work under existing contract N00167-96-C-0003 with Advanced Engineeing and Planning Corporation (AEPCO) on a sole source basis. This increase scope shall require AEPCO to continue the design process for a causeway system built from pultruded composite pieces and capable of Sea State 3 operations previously developed by AEPCO under this contract.
