This solicitation consists of performing refuse collection and disposal services at Hanscom AFB for the base proper and military family housing to include: scheduled curbside and container refuse collection services and disposal at incinerators, material recovery facilities and landfills. The Government is considering the possibility of including a requirement for recycling. No determination has been made at this time. The solicitation will include a basic year with four option years.
