The purpose of the modification of the contract is to schedule and implement a financial planning and debt management program for pre-health and health professions students. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared by the Government. A Request for Contract Modification Proposal will be issued on or about August 29, 1997, with a closing date for receipt of the budget proposal and award of the modification approximately 30 days later.
