The contractor shall also be responsible for providing lodging, meals and transportation for training participants. This procurement is unrestricted, and any contractor other than a small business shall receive up to 5 evaluation points for subcontracting with and mentoring at least one small business. The evaluation points shall be based on the subcontracting/mentoring plan.
