A -- HTD PLANNING SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT AND SE&I SOL DSWA01-97-R-0046 DUE 100397 POC Carol Dickerson, Negotiator, (703) 325-1193, Scott Morton, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-1200 Hard Target Defeat (HTD) Planning System Development and System Engineering and Integration (SE&I) will include designing, developing, and demonstrating an end-to-end, automated targeting process and planning support system for defeating hardened and deeply buried targets. Effort will also include integrating activities of other contractors, service and national laboratories and other government agencies who will be developing models; performing calculations; designing and conducting tests; and developing sensors, weapons and assorted software required to conduct a comprehensive program; as well as accomplishing technology demonstration planning and coordination tasks. Contractor personnel will require DoD security clearances at the SECRET level. Period of performance is 60 months. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. The due date for receipt of proposals shown above is estimated and actual due date will be indicated in the solicitation when it is released.
