Foley Post Office & courthouse, 445 Broadway, Albany, New York. Building is a landmark and on the National Register of Historic Places. Estimated cost between: $2,000,000.00 to $4,000,000.00. This procurement is made under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to Large and Small Business firms. The summary of work is inclusive of the following: Demolition and Construction. Some areas will require full abatement and/or selective containment of asbestos contaminated material (ACM) and Lead Paint. Construction within the building will consist of but not limited to historical rehabilitation, partitioning, ceiling, finishes, specialties, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and security. This is a performance specification and contains no priority or proprietary requirements except for to match existing stonework, mechanical components and security elements to be compatiblewith existing systems Contractor shall comply with OSHA and EPA requirements.
