The Government proposes to acquire contractor depot level repair and technical support for assembly and integration of the Target Acquisition Designation System/Pilot Night Vision Sensor (TADS/ PNVS) with the AH-64 helicopter production; refurbishment of TADS/ PNVS systems; technical support of TADS/PNVS systems installed at MESA and Longbow pilot training. Only one (1) responsible source can satisfy the agency requirement. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1.
