The contractor will provide the extinguishing agent needed to fill extinguishers. Extinguishers by types as follows: 150lb wheeled halon 1211; 15lb CO2; 2.5 gallon water; ABC dry chemical 5lb, 10lb and 20lb. 1. The Contractor must comply with all state, Federal and Local standards (including OSHA, CAL OSHA, ANSI/AWWA and NIOSH regulations and standards) that govern the requirements of this contract. 2. This contract is subject to the Service Contract Act. The place of performance is Vandenberg AFB, CA. 3. This is a 100% small business set aside. Note 1 applies.
