Garcia (301) 443-2750 The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the Research and Sponsored Programs, 440 A.W. Peterson Building, 750 University Avenue, Madison, WI 53706. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. In accordance with Part 13, award will be limited to Small Business concerns The purpose of this purchase order is to 1) test the feasibility of conducting this kind of study by limiting initial efforts to two test sites, and 2) gleam whatever information possible for the two sites. The contractor shall: 1) established a steering committee, 2) collect secondary, quantitative, 3) merge secondary quantitative data with primary survey data collected previously; 4) analysis of the merged data; and 5) write the final report. The period of performance for this project is 12 months. The Research and Sponsored Programs, is deemed the only responsible source capable ofproviding the required work and services.
