Fax at (703) 607-4611 The Defense Information Systems Agency intends to issue a quotation for the purchase of telephonic/on-site maintenance, labor and parts for G3 telephone switches in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This acquisition for maintenance of a commercial item is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under solicitation DCA100-97-Q-0157 and is an unrestricted procurement under SIC code 1731 with size standard of $7M. THE RFQ WILL BE RELEASED ON OR ABOUT 26 AUGUST 1997. COPIES OF SOLICITATION AND STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) MUST BE REQUESTED NO LATER THAN 26 AUGUST 1997. PROPOSALS WILL BE DUE ON 10 SEPTEMBER 1997. Places of performance for services will be provided at a site in Washington, D.C. and Western Maryland to be provided with the contract award. The RFQ will contain a detailed listing of equipments and quantities to be maintained. Offerors shall propose firm-fixed price labor rates and an estimated not-to-exceed (NTE) amount for required repair parts. Offerors shall provide convincing information regarding their access to repair parts.
