Roudebush VA Medical Center intends to award a sole-source contract via Request For Quotation to Philips Medical Systems, 1008 International Blvd., Cincinnati, OH 45246 for relocation of one (1) Siemens Siregraph D3 Radiographic/Fluorographic (R/F) unit with accessories, one (1) GE R/F unit with accessories, and two (2) Philips Digital Spot Imaging Systems (under warranty) with accessories into newly renovated hospital space. Relocation to occur in calendar year 1998. Relocation of this unique configuration shall include pre-move testing to establish baseline, disconnection of equipment from service, disassembly, physical relocation of equipment to new area, reassembly, reconnection to service at destination and post-relocation testing. The same functionality as that which currently exists must result from the relocation. This acquisition is subject to the Service Contract Act and Dept. of Labor Wage Determination No. 94-2193, Revision No. 8, dated 5/20/96, applies.
