The work includes all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to construct concrete stairs, painted steel handrails and prefinished steel Canopies at Buildings 239 and 254, two metal panel overhead roll-up doors at Building 239, and sealing of metal roof gutter at Building 249 and other incidental work at the Naval Weapons Station, Seal Beach, CA by means of a firm fixed price contract. The estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance time will be 60 days, commencing 15 calendar days after award.
