Plans and specifications will be available on or about September 10, 1997. A limited number of bid packages will be available and issued on a first come first serve basis. There is no charge for plans and specifications. Bid opening date is September 23, 1997. Estimated Cost Range: $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. This project is NOT set-aside for small business concerns.
