This solicitation requires continued development of low volatile organic compound (voc) in chemical agent resistant coating (CARC). The objective is to prepare 1K urethane coating systems with high solids content and lowest possible voc and to evaluate the properties voc and to evaluate the properties of this urethane coatings system by using the new formulation(S) of CARC the period of performance is none (9) months.
