The Navy requires 3 each of a temperature chamber with a minimum requirement of -80 degrees C to +200 degrees C. The working space inside the chamber shall be clear of all coils, circulators, and lights, with a minimum free volume of 2000.0 cubic inches. The chamber inner liner shall be constructed of type 304 stainless steel with non-magnetic properties. The electrical supply shall be 115 volt, single phase, 20 ampere, 60 cycle. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to NSWC 30 days after contract award. A fixed priced purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). It is anticipated that a formal Request for Quote will be issued. In a SAP this procurement is exclusively reserved for Small Business Concerns in accordance with FAR clause 52.219-6.
