The project consists of furnishing labor, materials, transportation and equipment to complete the following: gate and culvert removal, obliteration of abandoned roadways, construction of water bars, armored water bars, drain dips (armored), ripping and scarification of roadways, slash placement, windrowing of slash, quarry development, drilling and blasting, and placement of erosion blankets.
