Services will include, but not limited to vision/eye examination, anomalies of patients scheduled by a designed representative of the Rapid City Service Unit staff. Services may include supervision of paraoptometric personnel in the provision of frame fitting, prescription verification, dispensing and eye glass adjustment, repair, ordering, duplication services and the treatment and management of ocular emergencies when appropriate for the Rapid City PHS,IHS Hospital, 3200 Canyon Lake Drive, Rapid City, South Dakota 57702.
