The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and this includes all provisions and clauses in effect thur FAC 90-40. This is a Sole Source requirement IAW FAR 6.301-1. This RFP has four (4) line items: 0001 (1 lot) -- Implementation of Remedy Interface, DAASC/DSDC-S desires the MAX/Enterprise network management systems currently implemented in Dayton and Tracy, CA directly link to the Remedy System. 0002 (1 lot) -- Implementation of PhonePoint Software, is an implementation of event notification, escalation and response procedures running in a MAX/Enterprise management environment. PhonePoint is implemented to ensure serious events in a managed environment are address in atimely manner. PhonePoint implements client-defined notification, alternate notification and tracking policies. PhonePoint is designed to operate using touch-tone telephones. Line item 0003 (1 lot) -- Implementation of Application Monitoring, Contractor shall provide MAX/E and mainframe (IBM and DEC) professional services support as well as supporting AIX interface to MAX/E requirement. Line items 0004 (1 lot) -- Travel, all travel for the performance of the tasks outline in this effort will conform to the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR). Place of Performance: DAASC/DSDC-S, 5250 Pearson Road, Bldg 207, Wright Patterson AFB OH 45433- 5328, Delivery required within 30 days of award, Net 30, FOB: Destination.
