The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and this includes all provisions and clauses in effect thru FAC 90-40. This is a Sole Source requirement IAW 6.302-1. This RFP has one (1) line item: 0001 (1 lot) -- DAASC/DSDC-S has a requirement for technical services and on-site informal training for using the Tivoli software application as well as integration of the Tivoli software with the other software being provided. Provide system training and technical services to train DAASC, JCALS and other personnel who will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the GDMS and DAASC system, as well as informal training of other LCM/DAAS/contractor personnel. Professional services are also required for LCM/DAASC to support Enterprise level implementation to include: Global TMR Design and Implementation, Local TMR Design and Implementation, Installation Verification, Testing and Documentation and On-Site Informal Training.
