This Request For Proposals is to provide security guard services at 810, 811, and 1120 Vermont Avenue, NW., buildings located in Washington, DC, for a period of one year with the Government having the unilateral option to extend services for four (4) consecutive additional periods of one year each. The solicitation issue date will be on or about October 6, 1997. This procurement is totally set aside for small businesses. Services are expected to begin on or about June 1, 1998, and continue through May 31, 1999. There is a bid guarantee required in an amount equal to 20% of the initial year price.
