Construction includes an asphalt paved driving course, a skid pad, an administration, classroom and storage building, a training aid storage area, a small oil storage building, an operator maintenance building, an obstacle course, covered bleachers, a covered mess area, a vehicle parking/staging area, and a wash rack for the vehicles. As part of this construction, environmental mitigation actions will take place and will consist of soil stabilization, and erosion control/sediment control measures. Support facilities include electric service and site improvements. The work could include utilizing a wide range of construction services and skills including but not limited to the following trades: Laborers, carpenters, cement workers, asphalt workers, reinforcing workers, equipment operators, electricians, glaziers, painters, plasterers, plumbers, sheet metal workers, truck drivers and welders.
