This is a Request for Quotations, DASC01-97-T-0034 utilizing FAR 13.6-Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only request for quotation (RFQ); quotations are being requested and a written RFQ will not be issued. Quotations are due by 1200 hours, 25 Sep 1997, with anticipated award 30 Sep 1997. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-1. This acquisition has not been set aside. It is anticipated that the resulting purchase order will be awarded on a sole source basis to Concurrent Computer Corporation, Annapolis Junction, Maryland. The proposed order is for specific MAXION products for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
