The Technology Applications Contracting Office intends to place an order with Smith Industries, Aerospace and Defense Systems, Inc. for the following commercially based products: 0001 -- Two (2) copies of Smith Industries Graphic Replay Animation System (GRAS) which uses real-time data gathered from a Smith Industries Voice and Data Recorder (VADR) to graphically fly a realistic aircraft model. The software will be hosted on an ENEWS Silicon Graphics Maximum Impact workstation. The software's present baseline shall be modified to accomplish the following, additional, tasks: A) Convert the present GRAS application from a Silicon Graphics GL application to an Open GL application. 2B Automate the synchronization of light data and audio data files; 0002 -- Two (2) MH-47 and (2) MH-60 graphical aircraft models in MultiGen Open Flight Format constructed from Smith Industries Windows Data Review Tool (WinDRT); 0003 -- Two (2) geographic scene models of Ft.
