This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. Solicitation No.DABT10-97-Q-0420 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this procurement is 5047 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. Requirement is for Sked-Pak I Jumpable Medical Ruck: SK-1100-GR (52 ea.) and Sked-Pak II Hand Medical Pack: SK-1110-GR (17 ea.). Delivery is required not later than 22 Oct 97. F.O.B. Destination, Fort Benning, GA. Delivery is to be made to Consolidated Property Office, Building 224, Fort Benning, GA 31905. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL, applies to this acquisition. The government anticipates award of a firm fixed-price purchase order.
