Computer Equipment Maintenance The following equipment requires a service maintenance agreement for the period of October 1, 1997 through September 31, 1998. KODAK XL7700 Dye Sub Color Printer including all parts excluding drum. Services will be on an as needed basis and will include all parts, labor, travel to and from the site. Contractor will provide preventative maintenance if required. Service for all equipment is to include 1 hour telephone support and 4 hour on-site response to the Denver Federal Center Building 67, 6th & Kipling Denver CO 80225-0007. All maintenance is to be performed by qualified technicians. Service to be performed Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time excluding holidays. YEAR 2000 COMPLIANT- Year 2000 compliant means information technology (IT) that accurately processes date/time data (including, but not limited to, calculating, comparing and sequencing) from, into, and between the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, and the years 1999 and 2000 and leap year calculations. Furthermore, Year 2000 compliant IT, when used in combination with other IT, shall accurately process date/time data if the other IT properly exchanges date/time data with it. All hardware, software, or firmware in any product furnished under this contract shall either be Year 2000 compliant as delivered or, if noncompliant at that time, be upgraded to be Year 2000 compliant, at no additional cost to the government.
