The completed work shall provide for a complete and operational system, although each item required may not be specifically mentioned or described. This project is being solicited under simplified acquisition to all interested firms. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Bid and performance bonds are not required; however, a Payment Bond will be required after award as specified in the solicitation.
