Bellaire St Suite 621, Denver CO 80222. The requirement is for the Prevention Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP). It provides research based prevention intervention supported by social and behavioral science literature. PREP identifies specific instruments to measure program effectiveness and outcome measurements. The use of Prevention Science provides the knowledge base and intervention strategies to prevent or ameliorate a wide range of diverse dysfunctions. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this award is solely within the discretion of the Government. No award will be made on the basis of quotes received in response to this synopsis. If quotes are solicited no additional synopsis will be published. This is IAW FAR Part 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. No telephone requests will be accepted. Anticipated award will be 5 days after publication.
