Services will be provided at the Low Security Correctional Institution, Federal Correctional Institution, and United States Penitentiary Allenwood, PA. The contractor shall provide a physician to conduct examinations and recommendations in the specialty field of Podiatry on inmates in the Health Services Departments at each institution. Contract period shall run from approximately January 2, 1998 through September 30, 1998, with a possibility of four option years. This requirement is being set aside for small business concerns.
