The performance of the testing will be at the contractor's facility. All laboratory tests will be drawn by Bureau of Prisons medical staff in the Health Services Department, and the contractor's courier will pick up lab specimens at the institution on a regular basis. Contract period shall run from approximately January 2, 1998 through September 30, 1998. This requirement is unrestricted, open to both large and small businesses.
