The CTVHCS, ICF-Temple requires services to include the furnishing of all supervision, equipment, labor, and all trash containers and/or trash compactors for the removal of all non-regluated trash from the CTVHCS ICF's Temple, Waco, and Marlin, Texas. A Firm-Fixed Price Service Contract consisting of a base year and two (2) option years will be issued. First year will be November 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998. The contractor shall provide for the proper disposal of the trash in authorized and approved landfill sites, all in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. The successful offeror must possess all the necesary permits to allow for the pick up and transportation of the waste from the ICF's Temple, Waco, and Marlin, Texas to the landfill site(s). This is an all-inclusive contract for all three VA Centers, that is, all three Centers will be served by the same contractor. This is not a small business set-aside.
