Bethesda, MD requirements are for 1AE, 1:250,000 scale, JOG-A, decompartmented compilation and color separation approximately twelve (12) sheets classified SECRET; 2AA/AB corrected reprint charts, plotting notice to Mariners corrections and color separation products approximately twenty-five (25) unclassified charts; 3AG, 1:100,000 compilation and color separation projects approximately three (3) sheets and these projects are unclassified. The National Imagery and Mapping Agency, St. Louis, MO requirements are for 1AE, five (5) JOG-A combo; 3AG, five (5) 1:100; 4AA, three (3) AT 200 combo; 3CB, one (1) City Graphic; 1AC (2) JNC; 1AA, one (1) TPC. Color separation of the following products 3AG, three (3) 1:100; 1AE, one (1) JOG-A; 3AG, one (1) 1:100; 4AA, one (1) AT 200. This notification is directed to contractors who currently qualify as Basic Ordering Agreement holders under these solicitations. Source materials at Bethesda, MD will be made available for mandatory inspection from 14-17 October 1997 between the hours of 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM local time at 4600 Sangamore Road, Bethesda, MD 20816-5003, source materials at St. Louis, MO will be available for mandatory inspection from 14-17 October 1997 between the hours of 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM local time at 3200 Second Street, St. Louis, MO 63102-3399. Offers must be received no later than 12:00 PM local time 20 October 1997 at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency, PCO-E, MS D-5, 4600 Sangamore Road, Bethesda, MD 20816-5003 and offers resulting from the St. Louis, MO source exhibit must be received no later that 1:00 PM local time 27 October 1997 at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency, PCO-W, MS L-13, Building D, Suite B, 2665 Scott, St. Louis, MO 63103. Delivery shall be FOB destination. Contractors who wish to view the source material shall contact Tim Hughes (PCO-E) one week prior to mandatory source inspection.
