Contractor qualifications will be stated in the RFQ. A single fixed-price competitive purchase order is anticipated from RFQ 98-01. This requirement is not a Buy Indian Set-aside, however, Indian owned firms electing to submit a quote will be considered under the authority of 25 U.S.C. Buy Indian Act.
