Kelley, Contracting Officer, Code 210000E, (805) 989-1943 The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division intends to procure technical support services in support of PMA-233 and the Tactical Automated Mission Planning System (TAMPS) Project Office. The required services will provide technical support for verification, validation, integration and testing services to support TAMPS software. TAMPS is an interactive, computer graphics aided system used to develop, analyze, store and download mission data for strike aircraft, support aircraft and stand-off weapon systems. TAMPS provides the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps with an automated means to plan and analyze mission routes against threats and targets in an operational environment. The Government anticipates awarding a three year basic with two one-year options, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity task order contract through other than full and open competition to Brandes Associates, Inc. (BAI). BAI's corporate knowledge and unique expertise is based on their technical support in the successful development of TAMPS since the inception of the program. BAI has developed metrics gathering methodologies and unique corporate intra- and intersystems technical knowledge in support of TAMPS and its relationship and interconnectivity to the Tactical Strike Coordination Module, the Air Courses of Action Assessment Model, Joint Maritime Command Information System and other migration systems.
